This was my first try using the new website and asking for a delivery of LP. It would be helpful if on my account page you would tell me about which day I could expect the delivery. I called the local number to make sure you saw that I requested some LP when I didn't see it listed. Your introductory letter said that on the customer portal I would be able to "Request a delivery or view upcoming deliveries". That didn't happen for me.

I did not hear the LP truck drive in or fill my tanks until I got a text saying that he had been here and saw him driving out of the drive.

I really would like to see on my account page an estimated day for the delivery so I can move my car and make it easier for the driver to back into the spot to fill the LP tanks.

I like using my bank's bill pay option to electronically send you the money and seeing it posted on the day you got it on my account.
