After my initial call, when the CSR told me “we don’t have your address, you must have a different supplier”. I called my builder who verified your company set and filled the tank.
Since the first call I have been very pleased with the service. The second CSR had no problem locating my address and even verified the builders name. She scheduled the leak test and a delivery. The service men on the leak inspection were very professional and polite. The inspection and delivery were both right on time.
Very quick service when returned from vacation to find my stove quick worinig the night before as somehow we had run out of propane in our tank.

Quarles had been consistent in their quick, professional and polite service for 20 years that we have been a customer. Was concerned when they became part of Superior but that hasn’t changed a thing.

What I do like is being able to deal with a local office rather than a central call center.
What I do NOT like is when calling Phone number removed your Verona, Va office, the phone rings once and goes directly to music. After being told by that office that they do not know why, one of your drivers found out for me that if you listen to the music for a minute or so, they will either answer or it goes to voice mail. Okay, now I know how to leave a message. And I have been told that they respond to all message before closing for the day. But that does not happen. Recently I left a message in the morning and the next day in the late afternoon, after getting no reply, I drove to the office. Vanessa, the lady in the office told me, "Yes, I received your message and would have returned your call before I left today." I then told her that it was yesterday that I had called. She looked at her phone records and said, "Oh".
How many customers would just hang up when music starts playing after the first ring? And after 30 seconds or so, they just hang up?
Operators are friendly and helpful....delivery is the time stated . NO PROBLEM
