Up until the last tank fill up we had been very pleased. The last driver pulled the truck into our driveway and had to drag the hose all the way around the house from the front right side to the back left side of the house. Never have any of the drivers pulled the truck into the driveway. They park on the street in front of the house and drag the hose straight back to our tank.

We use propane at our home and Quarrels has always given us excellent service. One time because of our error we ran out of propane and the weather report called for freezing temperatures. We called Quarrels and all of their drivers were all out on deliveries. Quarrels promised us that as soon as one of their drivers was free regardless of what time of the night it was they would get propane out to our home. A drive pulled into their depot and they called us and said the driver was happy to swing by our house to check out tank and lines and fill our propane tank! We were so excited! Quarrels kept their promise to us and because of that experience we will be Quarrels customers for life!! Thank you Quarrels for keeping your promise in a world where promises are often broken!!
