Normally you are very efficient, but this time oil was spilled all over my tank and patio! I have a 200 gallon tank, but was charged for 204 gallons. I’m assuming for the spillage?

I like the customer service provided by Shaina the office administrator in Verona, Va. The service techs who come to clean my stove are always prompt and pleasant. The only complaint I have is last year I was concerned I would run out of propane after the ice storm we had. It took me at least 2 weeks to get a delivery which seems crazy because they are within walking distance of my house. I don't use automatic refills because I use propane mostly for supplemental heat
in case my power goes off and to warm my house up in the mornings. I guess that might make a difference in delivery waits.
I am mostly satisfied. Only real issue I have, is the requirement to know the account number in order to request a fuel delivery. The physical address or the billing address should be the only requirement that needs to be known. If a customer does not keep the receipt and needs more fuel it complicates things. Even if you do keep the ticket the ink could fade and you still cant read the account number. Sometimes the ticket ink is so light that you can hardly read it when the driver hands it to you. However I do like the ability to be able to request fuel by going online.
