We got our Propane delivery from Superior within a week or so after making several requests (via 800 number and On-line website). We were in the middle of a very severe cold spell where the temperatures did not get above freezing for over two weeks and everybody was making emergency requests for propane deliveries.
Our tank was down to 11% but Superior did get us the needed delivery and our tank DID NOT go to Empty. The (Quarles) delivery man was very courteous and apologized for the delay.

Your driver #Phone number removed went out of his way to make sure that we got our delivery. He could not get our gate open to where the tank was so he broke the ice loose and open the gate and filled our take. Could not ask for better services.
