The repair man that came out was amazing. Chuck McGowan came right away, was thorough, knowledgeable and professional. The ladies I spoke to on the phone when calling were helpful and professional. Dana in customer service was extremely helpful and sent what I needed while still on the phone with her. It was refreshing to have the calls answered within the US.

The service has been great. You monitor my tank, and refill it periodically, so it is all just automatic. The single issue (thus 9 ranking) I have is with your accounting system - my wife is an accountant and I am a physicist, and we both have a hard time following what your statements are conveying. Having said that, when we have called your folks have always been super helpful and explained what is really going on.
