Charley the delivery service man once again this year proved to be the cream of the crop delivery professional, of Quarles / Superior companies. The can do attitude of Charley is absolutely impressive - 90+ degree weather and he was fighting a good fight to fill my personal 1000 gal. buried tank, yet another year. I 15 of 10 Gold Stars with commendations as I commend him for his efforts - and I properly let him know I did appreciate the A+++ service, and hope management will recognize him as well. We had an emergency and it was resolved immediately. On a Sunday! The driver was extremely kind and helpful, as was the customer service rep who took my call. I was very pleased.

I like the way you can prepay for the service and don't have to call ahead to get the tank refilled. Also the delivery is so quiet that you don't know delivery was made until you find the slip on your door

Always delivers within 3 to 5 days, prices accurate with the area and courteous.
Service has always been good. However, since transferring to superior propane: My billing has been erratic, and they installed a cellular meter which is drastically inaccurate, It continually reads 5% fill.
