Packages arrived in less than a week three very large boxes all in good condition. There was only one small dent in the roof panel of the cap went together real easy, but she definitely need four people to put it on the truck

I purchased the floor mats and under-seat storage for my 2026 GMC Sierra 2500 HD Denali, and everything was a perfect fit. The product arrived in just a couple of days and installed in minutes. The pictures in the directions for the under-seat storage were a little dark, like the contrast on the copier was turned up too high, but the text instructions easily explained what needed to be removed to install the storage.
Mr. Rivers, handled the process that FedEx was saying that the shipment was delay and was supposed to be delivered on 9/13/26. I contact Rough Country by phone and Mr. Rivers handled the request which a new one was being processed from the first person and sending to FedEx to cancelled. Because the old order reappear and will be delivered tomorrow, 9/16/2026. I was at my appointment for the new Toyota Tundra which the dealership was placing a paint coating and placing protection on the leather seat. The sale manager can to me and said how the truck doing? I said great. He wanted to sell me a tonneau cover for 1,800.00 first day of purchase. I told the manager that I purchased the tonneau cover from Rough Company in Tennessee and said you should look into this company which builds these products in USA. Just gave him a word of mouth if he looking for customer add on, FYI. I can’t wait for the tonneau cover to arrive. I would like to recommend Mr. Rivers, for some type of recommend for out standing customer service. Thank you again Mr. Rivers and have a blessed day.
