Pro: Great product, looks great installed.
Con: installation instructions were completely inadequate. Multiple attempts, in multiple configurations before figuring out how it actually needed to be assembled. Illustrations did not match the final result. Customer support couldn’t really help with the process, but not for lack of trying.
That said, will order again in the future.
