Had some issues with my initial order, issue could have been triggered from a system glitch as the order fulfillment staff indicated my initial order was not received. It was suggested we reorder same product, as we did. Upon checking my credit card account I noticed two identical charges. I immediately called the order department again and we were successful in stopping one of the two orders before the second one was shipped. The cover arrived slightly damaged due to rough handling, suggest spacer be added to each wooden end plate to help protect each flange from damage.

good websites layout and interface. also showcases the product well with most of them having a video to go with them. along with a short easy to read but thorough description. package got delivered to the wrong address but that’s more of a fedex problem then rough country as the shipping label was printed correctly. im happy with the product quality and i’m excited to install it on my truck. if it rides as promised i plan to buy more products from y’all in the future.
Easy installation very nice
I submitted the wrong address and called three times to get it changed. FedEx happened to not pay attention to Mr John’s request and still sent it to my wrong address! I called a fourth time and got help and through excellent customer service Mr John ordered me a new pair straight to the address I wanted. Quality work what yall are doing and would 10/10 recommend to a friend!!
Came in good timely manner, but have not put the cover on my truck yet. That will be the test!
