Well I'll tell you, the online experience is never quite the same as talking to another human being, and when I called to talk to another human being, another human being actually answered the phone and answered questions like an online experience can't answer. So I think you get my drift, I'm evaluating you folks as human beings and I don't care about the online experience that much. I care about getting the right product for the right job.
