The shipping was very quick with follow up emails to ensure my satisfaction. The bed cover was fairly easy to install, but the directions need part identification to identify which ones were needed for my Toyota and an illustration of where and how to install the clamps. I was able to find a youtube video that helped. The quality looks good, and I am very pleased with the final product.

The second row floor mat, for my Ford F 150, came in two parts that snapped tightly together versus one piece that was folded for shipping, meant that the mat laid down flat right away. Everything looks great.
