very easy to install. I called to ask a question and got a real live person I was very pleased with that. Only complaint that the last Pannel on the tail gate has a hard time latching. I have to jump up on the tail gate and give the corner CPR like hard, and it take a couple of tries to get it to click. I will call and try and see if I did something wrong or that just how the product works.
