I had a lot of questions about running boards and specific fitments for my pickup, and customer service was an absolute god send. Something I hope can be implemented is when the bubble pops up on a product and it says “fits your pickup” I wish it was more specific. There’s a hard roll up tonneau cover that’s advertised to fit a 5’ 9” bed which for my pickup it says it’ll fit. However, even if a person puts in there vehicle setting there bed length is anything but 5’ 9” the bubble will still say it fits your pickup, which is inaccurate. Again customer service came to the rescue.
