Purchasing was smooth. Product looks to be great. Haven’t installed yet. I will say the included instructions are about the worst I have ever seen from a reputable company. Black and white, not very clear pictures. Fortunately I did find a partial install video on YouTube and I’m pretty handy with trucks so it shouldn’t be too huge of an issue but it would be good if Rough Country would put out their own install videos (although I do acknowledge that covering all vehicles and parts would be expensive and difficult). Maybe encourage customers to create videos and if their videos are selected for the website, they get a discount on an order. Just an idea. TRQ does a great job of how-to videos for their parts. Wish Rough Country would. I’m terrible with video / social media tech or I would make a video of this project, start to finish.

i received quality Merch ! while i was unhappy the rims i ordered turned out to be on backorder which the website did not say .,they did hook me up with a set the was the same price and gave me a 10% discount..turns out i really like the rims they sent !
