When I finally heard from a repair person he was excellent. However, it took two times complaining to the office and filling out one of these forms saying how dissatisfied I was.
Kamps has been very reliable for us to use. They are always on time to filling our tank and I like the automative filling process. The staff in the office and drivers are extremely nice as well. The price I believe is what it is, everything is too expensive these days.
It was nice to get a call from you and sending a truck to fill my tank when it still had 48% left in it.....
Said wanted to fill the tank before the winter rates go up ($)... That means a lot to me being retired and living on a fixed income....

Prompt service. Kamp's keeps my tank full without me having to check it all the time and make the call. I like the feature of Kamp's keeping track of the level of propane in my tank and filling my tank when it is needed.

Can't think of an improvement. Here's some comments.
Love having my tanks filled automatically thanks to the devices that transmit fill status to your office. And the weekly emails that show my tank status are also great.
On my last delivery both tanks were 44% or higher and they were both tapped off where usually I don't get a fill until one of them is below 30%. Only 91 gallons were delivered. Perhaps the cold weather prompted this or perhaps you were just in the area. Whatever the reason it was also great. Keep up the good work.
