The employees that come out to our house and refill our propane tank have always been very nice and do an excellent job. We just had our tank refilled last week and the gentleman that did it did an excellent job and was very nice.
I like that my tanks are monitored and delivery takes place before running out. And with your new web site I can see the tank fill status whenever I want. I just connected my Ca Farm Bureau membership to Kamps so I'll see what that gets me on next fill.

Wonderful and complete service for 32 years plus. But, but, after all of these years of renting our propane tank, could/would you consider relinquishing charging us the rental? We are not about to change our Kamps Propane service and since both my wife and I are in very poor health (and in our middle 80's) we must count our pennies. Our son will inherit this home and Kamps service in a few years. (We hope)
Once upon a time, when we were younger (34 years ago) we had the option to purchase the tank but we had little "so called" extra money then; like now with inflation killing us.

I really like your Portal. It provides me all the information I need about my account. I like that my bill was left on my door and it provided all the information regarding my delivery. You also provided a pre-addressed envelope to pay my bill. I'm really pleased with all these new changes.

How quickly they make delivery
Your delivery people are friendly and knowledgeable.
Outside of a few billing issues, Kamps has always been great on delivery and personnel has always been very pleasant. Plus, we have a small hill they need to climb to get to the backyard tank with the hose. They have been very cordial doing this. Appreciate that!
