What I like is the professionalism of your employees. I believe the person my husband talked to about our problem was Cara (?) and was very helpful in making sure someone would be out quickly. Colton and Travis came out to inspect the problem we were having. They did what they could to fix the issue, then called and got us next-day service for a new tank, while setting us up with a temporary tank so we could still function in our home. Travis and John came out the following day to swap tanks and get us back up and running. Colton later came to give us the propane we needed. Each employee was polite and professional. We have been with this company for over 20 years.

You have been easy to work with on our bills. And it's very convenient that you schedule our fill-up when you notice we start running low so we don't have to worry about it.
We have been customers for the past 25 years. I'm always "taken back" when I see the bill, but we are happy with the service. We still have a very old tank that says"Arrow" on it. The service is here before the tank gets empty and filling happens "automatically". That's a good thing!

Easy Peezy. I’m on a meter that lets Kamp’s know when the propane is getting low. They come out and fill it and hang a bill on my front door knob. Also great to be on a monthly pay plan. As they’re able to average out what I use over the year and divide that by 12.
