You keep track of the propane level in our tank, and refill it without us having to contact you. You send e-mails to inform us when you are planning a refill, and show up when you say you will. Your drivers have braved some touchy weather situations to get to our very rural address in the Sierra foothills, and we are most appreciative. We are very satisfied with your service.

I was expecting to have to wait a few days for delivery but Jessica helped schedule my delivery sooner-in 24 hrs! The tech and delivery driver were super helpful and got my family all hooked up with propane and made sure we didn’t have any leaks. THANK YOU so much to the Pioneer location!
The price and thaw service are both appreciated.
We like that they come check levels and fill when needed. Sometimes when the maintenance bill comes we can't fill the whole tank as we are on fixed income. Suggestion bill the maintenance fee's in the summer months as then it won't be a hardship. We have two tanks so that would help.
