Our normal HVAC guy (Kirk Manuel) was out and the one who came in place of him (John Bonin) was just as great as Kirk always is. Was so quick and efficient to diagnose and get it fixed promptly.

The electrician who came was polite and super competent. He had the vent repaired quickly. I have always had good results with HOME 360. I know a repairman will come at the scheduled time and do a good job.
