fast, thorough, efficient service every visit; technicians are always so nice, respectful, answer all of my questions, are nice to my dogs that try to get in their way, and they are punctual and communicative about arrival times; customer service folks who field phone calls are also extremely friendly and helpful.
Service tone and cost!
if i have problems, a service rep will come to analyze and fix the problem free of charge. a free analysis is performed every six months. the product is not poisonous and can be used around the food in my kitchen. i have had no re-appearance of ants. i will give a 10 to your company
