fast, thorough, efficient service every visit; technicians are always so nice, respectful, answer all of my questions, are nice to my dogs that try to get in their way, and they are punctual and communicative about arrival times; customer service folks who field phone calls are also extremely friendly and helpful.
Service tone and cost!
if i have problems, a service rep will come to analyze and fix the problem free of charge. a free analysis is performed every six months. the product is not poisonous and can be used around the food in my kitchen. i have had no re-appearance of ants. i will give a 10 to your company

I have been using Homeshield for a few years now. I don’t have an issue with bugs in my house so it seems the product they use works. The people are always very nice and ask if there are specific areas that need treatment. Ryan came out last week, removed my outside spiders and such. I think Homeshield is a good company.
The people are friendly in person and on the phone. They keep their appointments and are very flexible when scheduling issues arise. Our technician, Jose is prompt, courteous, kind, efficient and knowledgeable. They are always accommodating and return without issue if we need them. I like that they take care of spider webs too!
