When I called for service I was immediately connected to a salesperson who was able to help me set up an appointment to address our ant problem. He carefully and patiently explained payment options and we settled on a course of action where I could save money on the initial treatments and schedule quarterly treatments to prevent recurrence of our ant problem.
The gentleman Mr. Braden was very thorough going thru my home. He examined furniture carpet pillows window sills and curtains and coverings. He checked corners openings to. See if they had been properly covered so no animals could get in my home.Braden explained about follow up treatments to keep the property clean after treatment. I agreed to sign up for follow up care with Home Shield. Very professional meeting with Braden.

I set up a consultation on my mother's behalf after she had concerns about rats in her garage. I called to get some info and set up an appointment, and luckily they had an opening the next day. I spoke to my mother after appointment and she was very happy with their knowledge and professionalism, and said that they were also very courteous and able to start service that day.
