Everyone I have dealt with over the phone or in person has been exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Our ant problem is no more! When I was comparing services, many of their competitors cost about twice as much and acted like used car salesmen over the phone, trying to pressure a sale before allowing me to call around. These people are like normal humans, not following some protocol or reading from a script (or if they are, it's a good script). Their technicians show up on time, complete the service in a timely manner, answer questions, and are courteous and friendly. Did I mention the bugs are gone? Highly recommend!

The technician, Hovsep Grigoryan, was very professional and answered all of my questions. He wasn't even the technician for my area. He sprayed inside and outside for about 1 hour. I continued to see ants after the treatments, but the ants I saw were shriveled and dying. Now, 2 weeks after the treatments, I have not had any ants.
