Home Shield has been on top of doing the best job, communicating with us and making sure they are available for any needs in between our service date. We first contacted Home Shield in 2022 when we first moved in to our new home. We had an ant problem and Home Shield came out the very next day .

Most of it was good. There were a few errors made on the First Visit but Luis Robles and Finn from the Long Beach office were very professional and fixed the errors. They both helped me a lot.
Home Shield is thorough and professional. I had a severe ant problem and they remedied it completely. I have complete confidence my quarterly maintenance will keep the ants away for good.
Customer Service experience with Logan was great! He's courteous, very helpful and patient with my questions I had with the issues regarding pest control in my home. He set up the inspection and clearly covered all the things to expect on the first visit. I would highly recommend HomeShield to my friends and neighbors.
Marcus and the trainee were very thorough and explained what they would be doing. They listened to our concerns and addressed them very well. We were pleased with their work. The insect invasion already appears to be greatly improved. We are following the advice Marcus gave us and continuing to keep the treatment areas as they were left.
What I am not liking is that this is the third or fourth survey. I completed the survey I got at the end of treatment and also the Yelp survey. In addition I completed the google survey. The only reason I am completing this one is that I want to acknowledge the great work that Marcus and the the other tech did.

You show up when you say you will. You are friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable. You always have everything you need to help us with whatever is going on pest wise. The monthly charge is reasonable. I like that if I need you to come for an out of schedule service, you are right there. Additionally, you answer the phone, speak clearly and treat me like you care what I think. The only thing I would like to see change is I would like to have the same person come whenever possible. Each person that comes, though seems to know what is needed, is friendly, knowlegeable and takes care of business with the appropriate amount of communication.
I really appreciate HomeShield for so many reasons: Being able to call and talk to a human is a HUGE benefit. Being able to schedule help so quickly. In just the last two weeks we needed to schedule a wasp nest removal and pest control and both happened right away. There was great communication and experienced care the entire time. Our Service guy was very good. Arrived on time. He's coming back in 2 weeks to check on everything. Nice truck, nice uniform, professional. I had a major ant infestation. It's been a few days and so far so good. I'm glad he's coming back in 2 weeks to verify we are still okay.

HomeShield does excellent work and I especially appreciate its customer service. For me, being a little overwhelmed about moving forward on work I knew needed to be done, HomeShield was prompt and responsive to my needs and provided solutions and calm for me. I met with multiple pest control companies and found that HomeShield was super competitive-which mattered to me-but what mattered more was their customer service-I really felt like they were there for me, explained everything along the way.
