I worked with Pryde. The service was excellent. All my needs and details were addressed plus some I hadn’t thought of. Never did he try to talk me into anything extra I didn’t want. There was assembly and ordering a new part and it was done in just a few days. I have only good things to say.

Well, first off, everyone in the shop is both friendly and knowledgeable which makes shopping/asking questions here a breeze. They’ve also helped me remedy my own “home mechanic” mistakes on a couple occasions, so when it came time to pick up another bike, there really wasn’t another shop I would have gone to. These guys have “earned my loyalty” as far as I’m concerned.
