We use Holder for propane, and have had positive experiences with them.
Service was good. Delivery soon after it was requested. My only issue is that the driver didn't provide a delivery receipt after he was done. I had to go to the tank to verify delivery. Also, the amount due was different then the posted per gallon price times the amount delivered. Without the receipt I couldn't square things up.

everything from sales to service was an outstanding experience. Also, the onlibe system is user-friendly.
I was disappointed that I had to call multiple times on multiple days because I was on hold for more than 15-20 minutes waiting for a representative to order propane. In addition, when I did order, I was told that my delivery would be there within 7 days. Unfortunately, it came on the 8th day. My representative was very nice and helpful but the phone and delivery service was not typical of Holden.
I’ve been using Holden for almost 15 years. I’ve only had a couple of issues which they corrected promptly.

Holden’s service is very dependable and falls in line to the delivery schedule posted in my portal.
