everything from sales to service was an outstanding experience. Also, the onlibe system is user-friendly.
I was disappointed that I had to call multiple times on multiple days because I was on hold for more than 15-20 minutes waiting for a representative to order propane. In addition, when I did order, I was told that my delivery would be there within 7 days. Unfortunately, it came on the 8th day. My representative was very nice and helpful but the phone and delivery service was not typical of Holden.
I’ve been using Holden for almost 15 years. I’ve only had a couple of issues which they corrected promptly.

I have used this fuel service for 24 years, since we moved here and never really had a problem.
I did have a slight issue with a delivery this week. Our tanks are in the back yard and they need to go thru our side yard to get there. There is a locked gate which Holden has the combination to and they are able to get in. This week, when they finished , they left the gate wide open. They are supposed to lock it up when they leave. This has only happened a few times in 24 years, so not a big deal, but I would appreciate it being locked when they leave. Right now the pool is covered for the winter, but in spring and fall when it is open, it could be a danger to the young kids in the neighborhood.
