Your technician came to my house to repair a gas bottle that have been hit by a tree during the storm. The technician was extremely diligent and going over each in every part he attempted to swap out and or upgrade some of the parts, but was confronted by a lot of Chinese garbage parts. They kept them here for several hours. Find the moron who ordered the parts that dickhead thought he was saving you money his ties too tight, but I can’t say enough about the diligence of the technician who kept trying and trying to make it work properly. Whatever chicken little you put in place to obtain hardware is costing you serious money.

When calling Holden oil, everyone is courteous and sensitive to your needs. The propane truck has been sent out immediately after calling to make sure your needs are met in a timely manner. The propane delivery driver is Also courteous when showing up to your property, making sure nothing is damaged in your tank is working properly.
Holden Oil has a dependable service department and ease of payment through their portal. I do wish the heating oil pricing was more competitive though.
I have been a customer for at least 20 years. For the first time this winter, I ran out of oil. I called the office and the woman who answered the phone said you could be here in two days.
And, didn't I have someone who could manually put some diesel in the tank? The woman also said a driver had tried 2-3 times to make a delivery but there was too much snow. No one contacted me. I could have made a path with my snowblower with my neighbor's help.
Luckily, another neighbor was able to put a few gallons in my tank. We had problems getting the heat on. Then, after my tank was filled two days later, I got a $1,100.00 bill. Highest ever.
I just wanted you to know. Otherwise, you have been great!

We have been extremely pleased with the service from Holden. Deliveries are reliable and timely. We are on auto-delivery so we don't need to worry about running out of propane. They keep us informed every step of the way so we always know what is going on. We would highly recommend Holden for anyone looking for dependable propane delivery and excellent customer service.
