The customer service girls are wonderful. They are so helpful and kind and very knowledgeable about the companies processes to help me as a client. I’ve been with the company for 25 years I know there are new owners and I would like to stay and not leave to go to another company if possible as long as it can stay economically feasible to maintain this service.

Very Understanding of the fact that I was out of the country and could not verify propane usage. Came out x2 to make sure I had sufficient fuel for the generator. Always are timely in their delivery.

Quick response to low oil situation. However tank use algorithm needs a little improvement.
They are all so nice and personable. I have a situation where my mother is in hospice at home and because of the cold it was going fast! I called and explained the situation and the oil was delivered within 2 days! They are a terrific bunch of people and much appreciated. BTW the driver was the sweetest!
