The technician was professional, pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable. Even though the replaced part didn’t fix the problem with propane’s pressure in the supply line, he worked the issue until he found the root cause, a leak inside to generator housing, which was unknown until that moment. Finding the leak probably saved us more service calls related to the generator failing to start, backfiring or worse. He also painted the propane supply line, thereby extending its lifetime. Excellent work!

Your technician came to my house to repair a gas bottle that have been hit by a tree during the storm. The technician was extremely diligent and going over each in every part he attempted to swap out and or upgrade some of the parts, but was confronted by a lot of Chinese garbage parts. They kept them here for several hours. Find the moron who ordered the parts that dickhead thought he was saving you money his ties too tight, but I can’t say enough about the diligence of the technician who kept trying and trying to make it work properly. Whatever chicken little you put in place to obtain hardware is costing you serious money.

my propane delivery are twice a year and are always delivered at the right time and all ways with a call preceding the delivery. i would recommend Holden Oil and Propane .
