I have not usually chosen my oil delivery companies. Over the past 55 years at this address one company has been bought by another. About twenty years ago I did switch to a company because I knew the owner, but he sold to your company and the transition was smooth.

So far, so good - my only observation is that it's confusing as to the current name of the company: I have Osterman, and Superior, but not Holden in the telephone directory.
