Your staff!! Kimberly answered my call Sunday night because the pilot lights were out and we had no gas for cooking. I was concerned because I had just returned home from the hospital and was caring for a relative who had just gone through surgery. Kimberly was courteous, patient and professional in her response letting me know that she would contact the local supplier and see what could be done. She called back and asked me if it was possible to wait until the morning and I agreed. The next morning, just as Kimberly had said, Chris came to make a delivery and check that the stoves were all set. He found a leak and got that fixed and was incredibly thorough, neat and an absolute pleasure to work with. The only concern with your service is that I am supposed to be on automatic delivery and it was forgotten which was the reason for the call. That aside, your staff is your greatest asset. Thank you.
I am a relatively new customer. I had a billing issue, called your customer service number. They quickly corrected the problem, issued me a credit and set up a new delivery that arrived in two days. Good customer service is hard to find these days, nice job.

Efficient and punctual service. Had a pool heater hooked up and Steve was great. He explained everything well and made sure that the job was complete and ready for city inspection. Doreen was awesome, as well. She is the person who handles the scheduling of work. Thank you!

You have the automatic fill for my propane tank. I do not have to get out in the snow and weather to lift lid frozen in place to read the level. It notifies Holden when it should be filled! Paying promptly gets a discount; and autopay makes that really convenient. Thank you. Name removed
