We had the technician Dave set up our new tank and inspect everything at our new home, He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. He went out of his way to make sure we understood everything. The company also went the extra mile to accommodate our limited amount of time to get everything done before we needed to leave. Everyone from the front desk to the propane tank were very pleasant to work with.

In the past i never had to worry about running out of gas.
This year was a little scary when i ordered my prepay gas 2 weeks
when i had gotten down to 45%.It was getting low. I understand
that this was a difficult time.
We had a gas leak and you responded right away on a Sunday.

Freeman's deliveries are prompt, but since the takeover by the out-of-town Superior Plus company, billing is inaccurate. Including the figure printed on the truck ticket, I was told I owed three different dollar amounts for the most recent delivery.
