I think Freema/Superior Gas is very responsive to my calls. Last year when I was sitting on 8% in the freezing cold winter, they got out there in a timely manner, even though they had many many calls. I like the delivery man a lot. He is really funny.

Phone contact was always helpful. Roy was wonderful, very nice man. However I requested a monitor on my tank and was advised a different person would bring that out. I called office and was told I wasn’t on the list for a monitor. Additionally no monitors were available so I was out on a wait list. This is not acceptable and I will be following up weekly on the status
