Prompt Service
I had previously been a Freeman Gas customer during my first stint of living in North Georgia and was very satisfied with their service. When I returned to Towns County and built a new home, I selected Freeman Gas to supply my propane service. They have been proactive and responsive in dealing with some propane system-related questions and issues. I would not hesitate to recommend them for propane service.

I did contact Maria with a billing question and concern Tuesday, January 21st 2025 and I am still awaiting a return call from her with an answer to my inquiry. She indicated that it might not be that day but hopefully by the following day, Wednesday. Today is now Thursday so hopefully I’ll be receiving an answer soon.
