I liked the personal communication with the ladies in the office in Murphy. I hope we can continue that. With this new online interaction, I'm afraid you'll lose that personal (human) quality and my opinion and those of other customers might change drastically. I know from experience how centralization takes away that "thermometer " of your customer base.
