The folks that work at the Murphy Freeman have always been very friendly, professional and helpful. They have always provided excellent service.
I am a little dismayed with Superior, so far their customer service has not been user friendly. I had an issue setting up auto pay, it worked for 1 month when I incurred another issue. When I called the rep stated their system was down, she would call me back, never did. I think I resolved the issue myself, time will tell.

We are able to talk to and walk into a local office. The two office employees are very knowledgeable and professional about their products. Since we have been with you we have had our questions answered on the first call or visit. It is wonderful to talk to someone locally and not someone out of state.
