The repair technician was wonderful - once he got here - two weeks late! The first appointment was missed all together. Your customer service was awful. After five workdays of waiting for a callback from the first scheduled day, I finally was able to get to a person after 22 minutes on hold.
As a 15-year customer of Freeman, I can say that I am unimpressed with the Superior Comapny practices. There is nothing Superior that I can see...

Propane gas service. We ran out one time and they came same day to fill.
They arrived when scheduled
Must admit sometimes getting timely feedback is not always done but whenever I have called to find out why I hadn't heard from a tech. They explain that some the service response takes longer than anticipated but I am on the schedule. The techs always apologize for the delay and are polite and professional.
When I get the invoice, I am confused since it's from Superior, but I have to remind myself that the companies have merged.
We had service done to our fireplace and they were able to update it to a remote. The guys were awesome and very friendly. Thank you!

Shawn delivered my propane immediately. I said I was down to 2 %. I had not been here in Murphy for 2 years gone (death of son, August, death of husband September, hurricane Milton struck my home ( I live in Sarasota, Florida & have a small place in Murphy, NC) called my previous (Am….Gas) Propane for years, they were to busy and I needed help now…They wanted $300 for “Emergency delivery”. I’m an 82 year old widow.
As I said, I tried another company and they were a week or more before they could deliver. I was here alone in this cabin with a small portable heater that I put in my bedroom and shut the door and stay there for days until I got a hold of Freeman gas They immediately got in contact with me and set up a delivery so very fast.
Please feel free to rearrange this comment And sign my name to it. I have a lot of wonderful things to say about it, but I am not good at putting things in writing. I agree to all the above and would like you to rearrange it so it appears professional and nice because you guys are wonderful and I don’t know what I would do without you, I was freezing for two weeks with no propane from the other company.
