Customer Testimonials
Great! It was super fun for my child. It's hard these days for kids to just try a sport out without a ton of time and money commitment. This was perfect.
I like the level of competitiveness. Very laid back and friendly.
My daughter has done I9 soccer several times and we always ask for Teal as a coach. Teal makes sure that the time has fun and learn new skills. I like the fact that the team parens does a arch under which both teams run at the end. The games end in smiles and happy kids.
We enjoyed our time at the youth basketball. Most importantly, our son loved playing. Will be back next season. Thank you coaches, refs, everyone else who made it possible.
Organized and fun
I like the setup of doing practice before a game. It gives kids the opportunity of trying something new without a huge commitment. I like the values it teaches. I don't think a medal needs to be given out every week but only because it seems wasteful.
The coaches have been great!
We have had so much fun with i9. My daughter loves it and I love being her coach. We highly recommend it. Just like anything, it is what you make it, but if you put in the effort, you will have an amazing experience.
Great coaches and very organized.
Great way to learn about a sport before you invest in equipment and league fees
Easy location
Honestly everything, its convenient to have practice and game day the same day. I love that every single plays no matter the experience and that the coach is very positive and caring for the players.
Good coaching/good follow up emails and text
I love the program. I like the structure with the training and the game...
I think it could also take place during the week — once a week.
I love that the refs also teach
Friendly and supportive coaches!
I have very much enjoyed being a part of the i9 program. The program has allowed my children to try various sports and to gain exposure to new things. The two i9 programs that my children have participated in (soccer and basketball) have been fun, active, engaging, and organized. I look forward to the next opportunity to participate in an i9 sport.
I like how to instructor interact with the children. I like how they were very nice when teaching them how to play volleyball.
The coaches are wonderful
Love the focus each week on character building within sports, love that it's 1 day for both practice and a game. Fun atmosphere.
We like our coach John very much. He is so far the best coach have any ever had. Plus, we like the field manager Anthony, because he is very responsive and always there answering our questions. We also like the email and text notification services.
We enjoyed everything!!
We consistently enjoy i9 sports. We were happy when the league worked with us on the low turn out for the Herndon Park spring flag football league. I hope that it was a learning experience for the admins that most people would prefer transparency if there are only enough players for 2 teams, and not enough coaches--its better to err on the side of caution and cancel the league before the season starts. I hope to see that improve in the future. One thing that could be better is the consistency of the play calling, its getting better over the seasons, but not all refs seem to be on the same page with the rules for when you can run or pass. However overall we enjoy i9 and are likely to come back again for another season.
I think it is a great program for getting my kids comfortable with the team sport concepts!
We really appreciated the 3 volunteers that worked with my son's team. I unfortunately don't know any of their names, but it was the two men and one woman at the Rocky River Church Rd. location. I know that it's on a volunteer basis, but I do think there needs to be more organization for the beginning of season. The first and second day were a little chaotic because they only had these 3 workers. I want my son to get the most out of his time there so I would like to see a little more organization. Other than that the people were great and my son enjoyed himself!
I like that practice is held before the game. As a working single parent, I cannot always make the practices or hate to ask someone to take her. I also like that the teams are small and every child gets a good amount of play time.
Love the communication and the coaches are fantastic!
It is ran well, no complaints.
It was an amazing seven weeks! I loved having the opportunity to coach the kids and my son! The only issue I had was that there is a big difference between a four-year-old and a six-year-old. The leagues should be 4-5, 6-7, and so on.

Coach Christ in the Tennis Program is so encouraging and meets kids where they are in their skills. We have really enjoyed watching our son grow in his skills this year.
