Customer Testimonials
Stacey is the BEST Program Director along with the staff at I9 sports West Sunrise.
They are all very attentive, caring, and we are very grateful for the opportunity to coach our team each week. I wish we were able to play at least one evening during the week or more than just one day per week.
What we love:
1. The consistency of programming and scheduling.
2. The early posting of game schedules with very minimal changes (big advantage over other leagues)
3. The family feel on game days. No overly aggressive coaches or fans (mostly)
4. Support from Rene and Loren
What we struggle with:
1. Effort and consistency of game day referring.
a. Some refs either don't know the i9 rules or get
mixed up with rules from other leagues.
b. Lack of energy and effort from particular refs
impacts the outcome of the game.
What we'd like to see:
1. Activation of the player stats
2. Bring back the end of season email blast with team pics. We were really looking forward to this last season. Was this just missed?
3. Scoreboards made available for the games. This is a common remark from parents.
Happy to be involved with i9!

incredibly well organized and good training for coaches to make the practice and games enjoyable for young kids.

Very kindly friendly ‘
We love everything about the program we has had success with 3 different sports for multiple seasons and we will definitely be signing up for another season!! Thank you so much!!
Kid friendly and a great environment
I-9 delivers on so many aspects important to us as a family. We appreciate their focus on fun and the values of sportsmanship. The back to back practice and game fits into our weekend schedule nicely without conflicting with weekday afternoon, activities. Our volunteer coach reinforces the values of I-9 and gives play players equal time on the court.
Inclusion and fun environment
Organized and always communicating.
The team spirit and ease in which kids can start a new sport they have never played before! The coaches are very encouraging and welcoming as well.
Practice and game on same day and on weekends.
Management listens and helps.
Parents coaches and players are kind with good sportsmanship.
Great coach and location
Fun and available for all abilities
I like that it’s only one day a week cause we’re busy and tired. The coach my daughter has is also great. Easy going program.
Family fun, and great sportsmanship
Non competitive and a good start for kids to decide what sports they enjoy. Staff went above and beyond this season for my oldest’s team stepping up to be the team coach for the entire season.
They’re very good with the kids. The grounding it gives them goes far. They love coming back each weekend. Keep up the teamwork i9.
I love the i9 Sports tournaments. We know that as long as our kids play during the year, at some point they may qualify to compete against the other i9 territories. We love the competition and seeing our kids’ skills improve. My son’s confidence has improved tremendously.
Our coaches always come full of energy and meet my kid exactly where he is.
positive attitude, great coaches, and very organized
The basketball program has been amazing for my child.
Not only did he improve his skills, but he also gained confidence, discipline, teamwork, and a stronger sense of responsibility.
The coaches create a positive, encouraging environment, and my child truly grew both physically and mentally throughout the year.
We’re very grateful for this program.
