This mentality may or may not trickle down to the coaches and players. Coaches are left to their own devices when cheating is witnessed. Referees do a great job of listening and handling the suspicious plays.

Good cohesion and well ran

Availability, variety, etc. But I will say that the biggest negative is the wide open estimated start times. For that reason we will only do 1 sport per season. I considered registering and then cancelling sports as the actual start times are revealed, but I don't want to deal with that or do chargebacks, etc. So 1 sport per season, which is a shame.
