Was working with another company and they wouldn’t respond and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone to get the work done, dealt with that for 3 weeks, reached out to service master and they were in and out with the work done in 3 days for a1/3 of the cost as the other company can’t recommend them enough. Service Master offered a high level of support during a crisis. Kay went above and beyond to make sure everything was cleaned appropriately and was wonderful and professional to work with. Our entire home was covered in soot from a puff back and Kay ensured every detail was taken care of and addressed. 💯 recommend!
