This is the first time I’ve been at the establishment, where I actually had a stylus I liked.
Most of the time the environment when you walk into the Floyds is like a Middle East bizarre with music blaring so loud, you can’t hear anything and a bunch of people standing around in a freelance manner with the decision maker upfront, pointing to whoever gets the customer, this time was different it seemed orderly

My son wanted some adjustments made to the haircut he got the day prior. Same stylist was nice and helpful making changes and didn’t charge us. Much appreciated.
