I had previously gone to Marina for haircuts when she worked at a different business. Then the business shut down and I lost track of her only to discover her at Floyds months later. She is fantastic and I'm glad to be able to go to her again for haircuts. This Floyds location is much closer to where I live so I'm glad for the convenience as well. The folks at Floyds are super organized and on the ball and keep the store clean. Glad to have discovered this Floyds location at the Stroh and Parker Rd. shopping center.
The consistency in your staff.
All stylists do a good job, so if your regular stylist is not available, there’s no need to worry.
The shop is neat, clean and friendly. The rates are reasonable.

My son has been getting his hair cut by Olivia for a little over a year and she has always done a great job with his hair. She also makes him feel comfortable and talks to him throughout the cut even though he is a bit introverted. Great Job as always.

Marina has been my barber for years; wherever she goes, I go. She treats you like family, not just a number. Communication is always great; she cares for her clients.
The shop has a chill and relaxing vibe to it. I live over 35 minutes away, but it is worth the drive every 3 weeks. I know that I am going to receive a great cut with great communication in a nice establishment.
