Very easy to get an appointment. Employees are always pleasant and happy. My hair stylist this time was Julia. She did a great job of cutting my hair the way I wanted it. Julia was also pleasant and a good conversationalist. I plan on using her the next appointment.

The stylist I have been seen for a very long time is very skilled and personable, and she cuts my hair perfectly every time. I like the Floyds shampoo. I recently had an unfortunate situation happen during my appointment, but that is the first time in many years of going to Floyds that I have had anything negative happen.

My hairstylist Jason is second to none. He is friendly and very conversational. He has suggested new hairstyles that better suit my head shape and age. My wife loves the new style!!!
