Had a great experience with my ICBC repair here. The process was quick and straightforward, and Vincent was very helpful throughout. The only minor downside was that the courtesy car was provided by Enterprise, which required a 5-minute drive, even though there's a Hertz in the same building. Otherwise, everything went smoothly—would definitely recommend.
Customer service was outstanding at all points of contact. Staff went out of their way to accomodate a time critical need.
