Excellent service from Jeff and Colin at Kirmac Richmond and Mark at Reborn Autobody — fast, attentive, and customer-focused. They offered me a loaner vehicle and even arranged a courier to bring our car from Kirmac to Reborn and back. Reborn is Audi certified, which gave me extra confidence in the repair quality.
