Eric was very courteous and friendly when I went for dropping off the car. He also arranged a rental car for me right there at the car center, which was great. The repair work done on the car was of high quality. I am satisfied with their work. Few areas for improvement:
1. Please use a clean cloth to clean the inside surface of the windshield. My windshield has marks that I now have to clean myself.
2. When picking up the car, I was promised that the rental car staff would drop me off back at the car repair center. However, my drop off request was declined and I had to walk back to the car repair center.
3. I emailed a claim request for rental car reimbursement from my car plan but the designated person never replied back to the request.
Customer service was very very good. I was dealing with a woman named Kelsey. She was very professional and very knowledgable 10 out of 10.
I really liked how easy it was to get my vehicle fixed. I just dropped off my vehicle and 1 week later it was ready. The staff were very attentive and informative and well organized. The work was well done and my vehicle looked better than new. I also liked the courtesy vehicle they gave me while my vehicle was being fixed. Just top notch service!

Marc and his whole team at Restore made my car repair experience top notch! From the moment I brought in my vehicle to driving away in a spotless courtesy car I was made to feel welcome, cared about, and valued. They listened to my concerns and took the time to explain properly all the various options we had to repair different areas. I was not rushed to make any decisions nor was I ever made to feel embarrassed about the car damages. The entire staff is friendly, kind, and helpful. I’m sorry it took me so long to discover Marc and everyone at Restore. I know I’ll never take my family vehicles anywhere else and would definitely recommend this place to friends and anyone else looking for a 5 star experience.
