The best vehicle repair experience I've ever had in my life with Reborn Autobody. There are many good shops out there for sure, but if only 1 can be the best, it's this one. One of the largest warehouse in North America with state of the art equipments and professionals, everything done by the books and where vehicle do come out like a new car, truly "Reborn." I am so grateful I found this place to repair my vehicle, it was the most friendly and spectacular experience. Everyone was so welcoming, patient and I can never recommend this shop more. What I didn't like was how long it took to get my windshield and not very responsive about updates...I had to follow up myself regularly.
Besides that the experience was smooth and appreciated having my car washed and cleaned for pick up.
Your location was very close to where I live so it was convenient for me to bring my car in…..

I also like that the Rental car service is right in your building which makes it very easy to arrange for a rental car while mine was getting repaired….

Jonathan was professional, and got my car fixed faster than I expected. Clear communication, and great service.
Service seemed quick and efficient. So far the only negative I have relates to some adhesive left on windshield, which then smeared across windshield as the auto wiper sensed rain.

Everyone at the service was courteous and helpful. They give a detail account about what had to be done, I was very satisfied. I received a text when my vehicle was ready for pickup. They did ane excellent job on the repair to my car. When I picked up my car it was spotless inside and out, in all ane excellent job. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

From the moment I entered this business I was immediately greeted with such kindness by the front dest receptionist. I had just had my accident so I was a bit shaken up. She patiently asked me questions regarding my accident, and had an estimator look at my vehicle very quickly. The estimator walked around my car with me and made sure everything was documented so I would have no surprises dealing with ICBC. He advised me of all timelines and within three weeks was car was fixed to perfection. I really felt valued as a customer and although I hope not to visit soon I would recommend this business to anyone. Thank you!
