I love the Strength and Stretch class with Tammy leading the class on M-W-F. She’s a real pro and makes the class so enjoyable and worthwhile.

The friendly atmosphere is definitely a big draw. We have met and made many wonderful friends. The staff is inviting. Enough people who are workout often, but not too many. Great downtown location.
