I’m a pretty regular Weigand Family YMCA attendee, so I’ve had a great deal of opportunity to participate in classes, use a trainer, workout using almost all the gym equipment and interact with staff. I can say without reservation that my time there is always the absolute best. From stellar training (shout out to Tammy, who is truly exceptional) to effective leadership and management (great job, A.J.), my experiences at this Y are always outstanding. Coming to this branch of Fort Wayne’s YMCAs is a highlight for me because of the gracious welcome, attention to detail and warm atmosphere I always find. Thank you all so much for making the experience so great.

I love the 24-7 Access to the Weigand Family YMCA. I love using that location on both Saturday afternoons and Sunday mornings when there is less competition to use weights, machines or the Egym.

AJ is the best and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming! It's not like a typical gym experience that can sometimes feel intimidating. The team makes you feel like it's your gym! I appreciate the encouragement and motivation!

Great experience. Today was my first time using my 24 hour access membership. I arrived before the Y closed and didn't realize they locked the locker rooms. I left all of my things in there so after my workout I couldn't get in there. I was able to get in contact with the director AJ and she had to come back to the Y to unlock the locker room. She was so gracious and pleasant towards me and I felt bad that I had to take her away from her family but she continued to reassure me that it was OK. I truly appreciate the customer service that this Y offers and that is the reason I enjoy my experience here. Thank you AJ.
