I like the Silver Sneaker class on Tuesday & Thursday's. Shelly our instructor makes the class fun and her exercises are great. She's very friendly and all we ladies in the class love her sense of humor. She makes exercise fun!!
Loved the pool for our young daughter. Much warmer, so perfect for little kids.
