The staff is friendly and welcoming. I feel safe at the location and it is kept very clean. The machines are well maintained and I've been able to get some basic assistance with machines that I wasn't as familiar with.

The Ren Pointe Y makes you feel welcome. All the patrons tends to be familiar with each other once you establish a pattern. They start to hold you accountable as you do to them. You create a family like environment without even knowing each others names sometimes.♥️
What I like most about my Y experience at the Renaissance Pointe YMCA is the strong sense of community and belonging. The staff and members genuinely care about one another, creating an environment that’s welcoming, supportive, and full of positive energy. Whether it’s seeing familiar faces at the front desk or participating in wellness programs, there’s a real feeling of purpose and impact every day. It’s more than just a place to work out; it’s a place that brings people together and strengthens our neighborhood.
The facility is clean and staff is friendly. My favorite activity is Aqua Fit class. Tashanna, our instructor, is just the best!
