I especially love the warm temperature of the pool area and water! I have Raynaud's Syndrome which causes blood vessels in the hands and feet to react to cold negatively. In a normal pool, I am good for about 20 - 25 minutes. I can stay in the Renaissance Pool as long as I want!!. It is such a blessing!

I love everything about the Renaissance YMCA! The staff and guests are friendly. There is a wonderful mix of cultures there, and they have events that celebrate that. The pool is great and the hours it is open are fantastic.

My whole family loves the Y!
The Y at Ren Pointe is so clean! I’ve noticed the maintenance director helping the teens and members on a regular basis. This is in addition to all the other things he does. I never seen him wasting time. He even helped jump start a member’s car battery when it was dead.

I love this y my kids do swimming lessons on Friday and I love the instructor she is awesome. Dis have an issue w the lifeguard this past Friday accusing my daughter of pushing someone that wasn't even by us. Which I didn't appreciate when it was other kids horsing around in the pool. But I am looking forward to getting into some different activities w my children in the near future. And I have recommended y memberships to other single mothers who could qualify for the discount as well. It did help greatly and gave us an opportunity to try new things.

I originally went to enjoy the splash pad however, it was not in service. I decided to make the most of my visit by experiencing their art room that is listed on the websites amenities. I was disappointed to find out there was no art room. I think that should be updated on the website to ensure guest are aware of what is and isn't available at the location. My experience took a drastic turn for the better when I discovered the music room! I was thrilled to see the many keyboards available! I stayed and played until closing. There was a container of crayons, markers, and two coloring sheets that kept my child occupied while I played my heart out. I would be appreciative to see more coloring pages my next visit or I will bring a coloring book incase there isn't. I will be returning and signing up for piano lessons to brush up on my passion! Thank you!

#1. All the employees makes me feel welcome. #2. The other members mostly all seem to be friendly and easy to talk to. #3. The temperature of the pool is very aceptable. (not at all like the other Y's) my body cann't take the cold temps. #4. The whole building Is clean and sanitized. We can tell how well everyone is treated by the bosses and their peers they all seem to like their job. And that atmosphere is inviting and pleasant to be a part of . Thank you to all

The facility was beautiful and well cared for. The swimming classes were really organized. Most of all the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Each day if needed the staff made adjustments so the classes went smoothly. As the students jumped into the water it was obvious that they trusted the knowledgeable, caring staff. Thank you Mrs. T!! My grandsons loved having you as their teacher!!
