My favorite thing about coming to the Y is seeing familiar faces each time I go. Even though I haven't introduced myself to anyone, it's comforting to see familiarity. This applies to the staff as well as other members in the places of the gym I frequent.

This Y has more activities, more options and staff is friendly. This is the Y I first visited over 10 yrs ago with my now 22 year old son. I now have a 6yr old and he loves the racquetball court. My sister and my niece met us there and decided they liked it better than the one they currently visit.

I enjoy the Men & Women's Health Club the most. The hot tub and Steam Room and Sauna help so much to relax muscles after a workout.

I've been going everyday for about 4 or 5 months. They have free coffee in the morning they have free exercise classes that I attend. The men's health center is fabulous. I've met nice people and have made new friends. My exercise needs are met they have all the equipment that you can imagine.
