Great location
I love the Y! The Y is clean, the staff is friendly and the facilities are spacious and clean. The Y offers so many perks and financial assistance to people that can use help now and then. I feel the Y gives so much to the community and I feel welcomed walking in the door and a part of something bigger.

I like the variety of group classes
I spend most Saturday mornings at Aqua Zumba. It’s an amazing workout and a lot of fun!

Coming to the central y consistently has created a second family for me. That includes the people I workout beside in the basement, the staff at the front desk, the staff within the y, and the ladies in the restroom who are getting ready to swim! I may not know anyone’s last name, but I know about their family, about their workouts, and sometimes happiness or sadness they are experiencing. I love this place with my whole heart!
We love swim lessons at the Central Y! The instructors are great with the kiddos.
