What a clean, organized user friendly facility i've found at the Caylor N branch YMCA. The staff are so helpful and kind. Each of them know my family when we walk in the door. I feel the community togetherness here. I love the Christian music, prayer wall and Christ centered atmosphere too.

The facility is really nice, I like that they have lots of different options for classes.
I enjoy the day and a lot of the employees. I have started coming to this Y this year and everyone has treated me and my family in a positive way. I now work there and my children enjoy coming. I would like to take this moment and thank Trent for all his amazing hard work! Without him this way would not be the same. You can tell he gives his heart and the y should feel very blessed having him on their team.
It would be nice if this y had an indoor play area for children and such to entertain elementary age children while parents try to workout and take care of their health. Some Ys have an indoor playground.

The staff are kind and helpful. The facility is clean and user friendly. The Christian music, prayer board and Bible verses keep me inspired. I feel at home at teh Y.
The staff does great with the kids and I always feel comfortable leaving my kids there.
The y allows me to have some time to myself. I'm comfortable bringing my kids in child watch and working out. If I didn't have the y I'd be lost.
Great program. My 6 and 10 year old were very bored..lol

CNFF YMCA is very clean, the building & aquatic area is kept in perfect repair by maintenance, the employees are very friendly & caring, great programs.
My husband and I love so many things about our YMCA in Bluffton, Indiana. We are always greeted by friendly staff members when we walk in the door. The facility is among the cleanest anywhere with hundreds of people as active members daily. The equipment is in good working order and the staff is helpful in teaching people how to use it. Most of our time is spent in the pool area where we enjoy a lap pool and hottub in excellent condition. The lifeguards and their instructor are professional and always on alert. The youth swimming lessons are well attended
and the instructors are fabulous in every way. We experience no waiting in any of our activities in nearly a decade. Tom does an excellent job as Director and we appreciate him very much!

Being available in Bluffton and the availability of the pool. It would be great to have earlier hours on MWF if possible. Staff are friendly and helpful when having a question or needing assistance. Love the Y!

The workers are normally very helpful with good attitudes. They greet the patrons regularly.
Gymnasium is very nice for multiple activities.
The swimming pool is great [when it's open]. Would like to see more hours added to the weekly schedule for the pool being available. More hours on Sunday.and do away with the weekday 1-3 p.m. closing of the pool. A family membership costs over $80 per month and the facility needs to be more usable. Sauna and hot tub are wonderful. Lifeguards really try to keep order and have safety first on their minds. We appreciate them working.
For the most part, the experience is positive. Some of the younger male weight lifters [ages 15-25] are a bit egotistical with vanity, loudness, and language. Not sure if they really grasp the meaning of Christian values that the YMCA represents.
