I work out on cardio machines, and they are EXACTLY the same machines I used with hospital cardio after my heart attack
The facility is very clean and not overly crowded. There’s a lot of familiar, smiling faces. The pool has a great kids area for my youngest child.
I love getting to know people at the Y. We have had great experiences with great coaches, wonderful families, and have made some really great friends in the 3 years that we have been doing sports at the Y!

Great community to get together to better yourself both physically but, at the same time, personally and socially, too. It is the most important membership I have--second only to my family and my church. We are blessed to have the Y in our community without a question.

I enjoy the many friends I've made. The aerobics class has been quite helpful in keeping me active.
Friendly place to take your kids/grandkids for various activities. He is enjoying his Tumbling classes and we look forward to taking other classes in the future.
